Manual lymphatic drainage uses a light skin stretch movement to move superficial lymph fluid. One of the main functions of the lymphatic system is to facilitate fluid movement from the tissues back to the blood circulation. MLD helps assist in accelerating the body’s natural detox process, removing excessive fluid retention, reduces swelling, and fight infection.

Comprehensive Bodywork
Medium to deep pressure

The goal of comprehensive bodywork is to resolve problem areas such as chronic pain, muscle tightness and soreness, and reduced range of motion. Your therapist will apply the technique that is most beneficial to your body’s tissues and how your muscles are responding.

We will use a combination of cupping, myofascial release, and muscle scraping, and stretching as needed for best results.
